We use various services from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) on our website. Google uses cookies that are stored on your device. Information generated by these cookies about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to analyze user behavior. Data such as session duration, interactions, and visitor origin are recorded anonymously. IP anonymization is activated by default.
  • Google Tag Manager: This tool is used to manage various analysis and marketing tags on our website. The Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data but triggers other tags that may collect data.
  • Google Ads (Conversion Tracking & Remarketing): We use Google Ads to display advertisements and measure their success. If you reach our website via a Google ad, a cookie is set to determine whether you perform certain actions (e.g., course registration).
  • Google reCAPTCHA: To protect your inquiries via contact forms, we use reCAPTCHA. This service checks whether the input is made by a human or via automated software. In this process, information such as your IP address and hardware details are transmitted to Google.
  • Google Fonts: We use Google Fonts for the visually appealing presentation of our content. When requesting these from Google servers, your IP address is transmitted to Google.

Data processing is carried out for the purpose of optimizing our website, measuring reach, ensuring security (reCAPTCHA), and for marketing purposes. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and the provisions of the FADP) as well as our legitimate interest in providing a functional and economically viable online offer.

  1. Transfer to Third Countries

Since Google is a company based in the USA, it cannot be ruled out that data will be transferred to the United States. We point out that, according to Swiss law, the USA does not currently guarantee an adequate level of data protection. Google relies on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Within the framework of the data protection law applicable to you, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of data processing, and the right to receive your personal data for the purpose of transfer.

    In the event of any discrepancies or contradictions between the English version of this Privacy Policy and the original German version, the German version shall prevailand be legally binding.
