telc Exam Preparation
For the telc exam, we recommend attending a preparation course. This ensures you are optimally prepared for the exam.
We offer small group preparation courses as well as individual lessons.
In the small groups, there are three different telc preparation courses:

- Long telc preparation course (8 x 90 minutes, once per week, CHF 420.-)

Do you want to obtain an internationally recognized telc certificate for residency or work purposes? We optimally prepare you for the telc exam in a specialized preparation course! Official telc practice materials and model tests form the basis of this course. You will get to know the different parts of the A1 telc exam and practice: writing, reading, listening, and speaking. This preparation is specifically designed for A1. You will review important structures and vocabulary, practice the oral exam including self-introduction and answering questions. You will practice writing letters or emails and filling out forms. Additionally, you will learn strategies for listening and tasks in the listening comprehension section. This is not a regular course with a textbook but a dedicated preparation for an A1 exam with simulated tests.

In our B1 telc preparation course, you will practice and review how to talk about familiar topics and personal interests. You will report experiences, request information, discuss daily matters, and interact with other participants to prepare together for the exam. You will learn to express plans, wishes, and personal opinions and to argue your points. In a group, online or on-site, you will expand your skills and review typical grammar topics, key structures, and required vocabulary. You will train reading comprehension, listening, writing, and speaking. Participants complete exercises in all skills. Task types include multiple-choice or matching exercises. In the productive sections, writing and speaking, participants work on various tasks and especially practice common expressions. The oral exam focuses on direct interaction between participants.

Content:
The telc German B2 exam requires thorough preparation. In our preparation course, you will learn the exam structure: you will understand the format of the exam and the types of tasks in reading comprehension, listening comprehension, written expression, and oral expression. We use not only practice tests to familiarize you with the different tasks but also teach methods and strategies to complete these tasks more effectively and purposefully. You will practice understanding complex texts on concrete and abstract topics. You will train global reading, detailed reading, and selective reading to be optimally prepared. You will also listen to various audio materials to improve your listening skills. In various exercises, you will practice writing texts. You will write essays, letters, or emails in German. Special focus is placed on language components; commonly expected grammar is repeated, and vocabulary exercises are covered. For oral exam preparation, you will work on introductions and typical tasks, discussing key elements and focusing on evaluation criteria. You will talk about experiences, practice discussions with other participants, and delve into additional points during the oral exam.

telc Grammar Compact B1 – B2
(4 hours | CHF 199.-)
telc Grammar Compact B1 – B2 (4 hours, CHF 199.-)Content:
Do you want to take the telc exam and prepare for it? We offer a compact course specifically for telc preparation. During the lessons, you will cover the most important and necessary grammar not only for the “Language Elements” part of the exam but also for writing letters or emails. You will review the rules and practice with example exercises. This includes a brief review of basic grammar as well as grammar expected at B1/B2 level, such as two-part conjunctions. This refresher course is suitable for individuals who are already fairly well prepared for the exam but feel unsure about grammar and want to go through it again. This course focuses solely on reviewing and practicing grammar. We do not cover the exam format or other parts of the test.

telc Exam Preparation in Online Private Lessons
Take private lessons with a teacher via live video chat and prepare individually for the telc exam.
The times for the online preparation sessions are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 or by arrangement.
You can choose the lessons freely. The location is at your home on your computer (not at the exam venue!)
The costs are as follows:
- 2 preparation lessons: CHF 189.-
- 5 preparation lessons: CHF 450.-
- 10 preparation lessons: CHF 850.-
